Hello All - question fr all the vets out there.

Iam an extremely active person. Tuesday is my 6 week RNY anniversary.

I m excited to eable to oush myself further ad begin to fit weights!

How long before youthink it is ok to run?

Talk to your clinic. They made me wait 2 months. I was allowed to walk but that was it.

I agree every clinic is different and it's best to check with what your clinic/doctor recommends.

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss. 

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

As Dawn said I was cleared at my 1 month post-op, BUT... BUT... my surgery was without even the slightest complication. My wisdom teeth removal had more issues than this did. So I'm sure the decision was affected by those facts. Every clinic is different, and everyone's experience with the surgery is different as well. I do understand how you feel about getting active again - I was the same way.
