If that's your first stall, then good on you! Usually there is one earlier, at about 3 weeks.

No need for panic, you can't help but lose weight at this stage. Put the scale away, and every time you're going crazy wanting to pull it back out, go for a walk instead!

It'll be over soon.

That is a "pause", not a stall.  If you were truly stalled, you would not have lost anything for at least a month.  Your body is adjusting and readjusting and settling in.

No worries Harold,  I've been "paused"(thx Karen) for the last 5 days.  I'm not sweating it as I've lost 70lbs overall.  I wasn't expecting this so soon after surgery but am really not concerned.

I know your eating right and exercising so the rest is up to your body.  Not much you can do but keep up the good work.  Your goal will be here soon enough.

just breathe and keep doing the right things, Harold. You'll be fine. Your body is just rebelling. Your weight can fluctuate 2 or even 3 lbs a day.

Keep walking, keep eating, keep drinking. It'll happen.

Hey Harold.
Let's make a deal.
We'll touch base in exactly one month and see how much you've lost by then.
Betcha you're going to be reeling at the weightloss and the clothing size changes!
Betcha.
