Tomorrow is the day!

Have my surgery with Dr. Sohi tomorrow at 11:30am. I am extremely excited to start a new part of my life, but also so extremeeely nervous for the surgery - so nervous I think I might be sick lol. Guess I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to things like surgery.

How did all you post-ops deal with the nervousness pre-surgery best?

Congratulations! My surgery is June 25 and I'm also very nervous, so hang in there

The only time I was a little nervous was while I was waiting on the stretcher outside of the OR.  I was just focusing on all of the wonderful changes that were about to happen and finding the old,(new!)  happy me again!!  It will be okay!  Try to focus on your wonderful future, breath and smile.  You will do wonderfully!!!  Keep your eyes on the prize, you are worth it!  Maybe this afternoon, go out and do some retail therapy or read a good book to relax your mind!

Wishing you all the best tomorrow!!  All you have to think about is why you are doing this and what positive things will become of it.  Ive had a few surgeries before and everytime I get nervous...  its only natural you feel a little worried..   get some sleep tonight!!
