NSV! Walking

I challenged myself this morning and I am happy to say I suceeded.  I have been trying to walk to the GO train in the mornings, it is just over 1 mile to the station from my house, and it usually takes me about 25-30 minutes to make the trip.  This morning I did it in about 22 minutes and I was there early enough that I actually caught the train before my usual one!  I know it is only a small victory, but it feels great, especially since I'm hauling myself out of bed at about 4:00 a.m. to do the walk instead of sleeping in and taking the bus or getting a ride to the station.  Now to take on the rest of the day!

Thanks everyone!  I was so proud of myself, and maybe a little sweaty, LOL!  I felt like doing a happy dance afterwards!

Congrats on your NSV.  It is great that you have built the exercise into your regular routine.  Makes it so much easier to ensure that it is accomplished.
