So, I am 5 1/2 weeks post op and I am on a stall. It has been a bit discouraging as the stall has been for over a week and the scale has not moved.

This morning, I was going through my clothes (as I'm going back to work on Monday) and the last time that I fit into my size 24 pants was when I weighed 285. I am down to 306 right now and guess what!!!!!!

All of my size 24 pants fit, WITH room to spare! I will be down to a size 22 in no time!!!!

I must be losing differently this time than ever before - I must have lost way more inches than pounds as I didn't think I would be able to fit into the size 24 until I hit a weight of 285!

Yayyyyy! Makes my stall feel less depressing LOL

As far as the stall goes- try not to focus so much on numbers (easier said than done right).
Take comfort in the fact that it is a process and just to "trust the process" cuz in the end- it'll work wonders when ur body catches up to the new plan, lol. Take care!
There are risks and costs to a program; but they are far less than the long-range risks and costs of comfortable inaction. -JFK

What is an "NSV"?  I don't know all the acronyms in use here.

Congratulations on fitting in the skinny clothes.  The exercise does wonders!
