Awesome!!! You can do it! It will become a habit!

I'm doing couch 2 5k, and I'm on week 5. I only move on when I think I'm ready so it's taken a lot longer than 5 weeks to get here. I was on week 4 for 2 weeks, other weeks for even longer. I'm on 5 minute runs now, tomorrow I start two eight minute intervals with rests and 5 min intervals in between.

I was the same as you, not sure I could do even the one minute in the beginning. Perhaps it's the self doubt that has held me back from progressing each week...anyways it will continue to get better. I eat hills for breakfast! (seriously, then I go home and have real breakfast, in the first few weeks I would have puked if I had eaten anything in the 2 hours before the run)

Good for you. Hopefully someday we can both experience the runner's rush they talk about.

When I started I didn't think I could do it either. I thought if my legs didn't give out from under me, my lungs were just going to explode ....

You CAN do this!!!

So proud of you!!!
