Hey Brigitte!

Take care of yourself!!!

I am just starting to feel better and I was sick Sunday night....

Try hard with the fluids.... I called Ottawa yesterday since I hadn't eaten in 4 days.... I was told to let it run its course (didn't take immodium or anything like that) Eat apple sauce, bananas, freezies, hot or cold drinks.... just focus on fluid and food will come.

I hope you don't have what I went through but if you do.... rest as much as you can!!! It takes a while to bounce back!!!
