day #6 of Optifast, -9.2 POUNDS WOOT WOOT!
WOW! so amazed that as of this morning the scale reads down 9.2 lbs!! Off to guelph for my pre-op nursing assessment and anesthesia consultation feeling pretty good

that is pretty darn good!!! my first week i lost 15lbs than the next 2 weeks 1 lb. per week!! I am currently working on my last 3 optifast YAY!! Enjoy the journey.
