What exercise are you doing for the weekend SAT and SUN??

Yesterday I did 30 minutes cycling, 30 minutes rowing and 30 minutes of weights, crunches and squats.
Today , Sunday, my husband and I are going cycling on some trails so hopefully for somewhere between 2 - 4 hours. Depends on weather
Tomorrow we will be kayaking from Paris to Brantford - which is approximately a 3 to 4 hour solid paddle depending on wind and choppiness of the water
