I haven't been the biggest fan of yogurt, so I stand in the fridge section staring at all the types, brands, no this, no that in them.. I laughed at myself, shook my head and walked away. Thinking, this is a OH call for help.

So OH peeps?
What yogurt do you love?

I eat the Liberte Plain 2% Greek Yogurt, and then add my own berries and sugar free Torani syrup to it.  Yummy, and really filling!  I used to use the 0% which was good too, but now that I'm in maintenance I needed some extra calories/fat at breakfast.

If you are okay with splenda products, the Source Greek yogurt is wonderful and has very little carbs and sugar.

The cherry is amazing and I don't even like cherry products generally.

Dawn you are so true about the cherry. I think it is the best.  When my stomach does not handle my dinner I know that the yogurt is there and it will always go into me with no problems. It is what I eat before my races. Food in my stomach before a race not good. Unless I want the bathroom every 5 min

For flavoured greek yogurts, I love the Source ones.  All the flavours are terrific but cherry is my favourite.  For plain greek yogurt that I use instead of sour cream, my preferred brand is Oikos, either 0% or 2%, whatever is available.

I like to buy plain, low fat yogurt and strain it (put it in a melitta coffee filter to get the water out overnight and then add garlic and cucumber plus oregano. Yummm. eat as a dip

Surgery date is Oct. 17th, 2013 in Ottawa. I was referred to the clinic in September 2012. The person performing my surgery is Dr Amy Neville.

I love the Source Greek Yogurts as well because of the low carbs and fat BUT I found Silhouette has a greek yogurt as well that is low fat and carbs and it is DELISH!  It is the tropical dream.  OH MY WORD it is good!!!

Seriously!! I am eating one of those this min. My bestie came over and put in front of me and said

"I bare you not to like it " hahah. So drama. Haha

Love this. If this is okay for me to eat directly after surgery then I have found a winner!
