Can anyone recommend a brand name for gravies and sauces to use for pureeing and  the minced stages?  I know they are supposed to be low salt and sugar right?  Fat free?   Help lol

I wasn't told low salt. Just use the packets that you add water to.

Clubhouse makes all kinds of them and lots are reduced sodium.  They are kept with the spices in all our grocery stores.  The turkey one is almost as good as homemade.

I used low sodium chicken broth as a base then pureed from there.

I have been using greek yogurt based pre-made dips and mixing them in. It has been working pretty good for me. I was also never told to monitor sodium. Actually was told to not worry about sodium levels
