Hi all,

Have not been on in a while. I had my surgery on May 26th, and no complications at all. I have yet to have a dumping episode and am thankful for this...I am down from 404lbs in March to 277lbs as I write this. I cannot believe the transformation and new lease on life I have been given. So thankful to Dr Anvari. Post op I am down 108lbs. Total of 127lbs pre optifast.

great job! Congrats!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
