Good morning everyone. Make sure you get out and vote if you haven't already.

I made a big pot of Jambalaya soup that I loaded up with spicy turkey sausage, chicken and shrimp. Very good and filling. My menu will have a lot of this soup as DH is not a fan of turkey sausage.

Today it's swimming, voting, errands, general cleanup, banking and an early night tonight.

Morning All :)

13 days post-op (almost 2 weeks woot woot) Back to work full time starting today. Feeling great..although my tummy is speaking pretty loud today lol

B:premier Protein Chocolate Shake

S:source greek yogurt peach cup

L: 1/4 cup tuna with 1 tbsp of mayo and maybe a cheese string possibly

S: source greek yogurt strawberry cup

D: homemade shepherds pie with just hamburger, gravy, and mashed potatoes 1/4-1/2 cup

RNY 6 Years 6 Months Post Op

Morning

Had a great day in Buffalo yesterday. Began to snow just before the Bills game began but improved throughout the day. Ate poorly so back on the horse today.

STEPS - 11,236

EATS

B - 5 oz leftover roasted chicken

L - Panera Bread pick two - chicken noodle soup and thai chicken salad

D - 7 oz grilled whitefish with whatever veg is served with it

S - Source Greek

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 953, Carbs - 60 Grams, Protein - 78 Grams

Morning all,

Off today but lots on the go. Long walk with the dog, big pot of turkey veg soup on, household chores.

Hope everyone had a good weekend, mine was busy to say the least.
