Good morning :)

Just dropped the puppy off at the groomers. My mom is dogsitting next week for me so I wanted to make sure she was all spiffy.

I haven't been around much as I'm still busy with my aunt's estate. Her house went up for sale yesterday so that is being taken care of.

As for food I'm trying something new. Instead of laying out what I'm going to eat at each meal, I'm specifying how many calories it should be. Then I know if it is protein first and I only have 100 calories to use, I'd better choose carefully. I'm on day three and doing much better already. Breakfast was peameal bacon and a Greek yogurt cup.

I am often bored at work. It is the worst. Especially when it is so nice out. Hope you find a way to make the day go faster

OK Pat, I had visions of the racoons going through your recycle bins and getting drunk on the remnants of booze.  Then drunk-fighting with each other while the crows cheered them on.
