Has anyone taken Slim time instead of opti? I am starting mine August 1st and would like some feedback from anyone that may have used it, any suggestions on how to funk it up?

I've read SlimTime tastes better than Opti, but... i haven't tried either!!

How come you have SlimTime instead?

Me and asperatame do not mix well. Slim Time has splenda instead of Aspertame.

I chose Slimtime because it uses Splenda instead of Aspertame. I get headaches from aspertame and it is really a terrible ingredient all around. My box of Slimtime is in my kitchen waiting however I have not tasted it yet, nor tried Opti so have no idea about taste. I only know Opti has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Slimtime only has chocolate and vanilla.

I've had both and they do taste similar. Any suggestions you see for Optifast you can do the same with Slim Time. I found they blended a bit better but the taste is similar. They might be a tiny bit thinner but then again you just had to add more water to Optifast to thin them out. I would try them with nothing bu****er and ice and see if you like them before doctoring them up. I used lots of coffee in mine to help cut the sweetness as I am not a sweet lover. You can use cold brewed coffee instead of water or just buy some instant and throw the crystals in, whichever you find easier.
