Just coming up on 11 weeks post op. Down 40 since surgery :)

Food is still difficult. Made turkey chilli on the weekend and it was fine. Last night tried left-overs and had foamies.

Cheese, yogurt and pepperettes are fine..but eggs are touch and go. Go figure

Have a great day.

Hi Dilli,

Congrats on the 40 Lb loss; that is excellent!

I'm sorry you're having trouble with some foods. I had trouble with left overs too; are you using the microwave? I found that it dried foods out too much early on and had to resort to heating foods the old fashioned way; on the stove, lol. Even now, if I'm heating something like steak in the microwave, I have to add something to moisten it (usually half a tsp of butter).

I'm OK with boiled eggs and omelettes but have trouble with scrambled eggs for some weird reason, lol.

You have a great day too.
