Good morning C.C. and all,

Lot on schedule for work today, then a walk with my daughter and grandbaby and raking leaves before dark. Lot of yard work to do while the weather is good for the weekend. CAMAW seems to be helping, although I plateau and drop and don't know if this is keeping the scales going down or it's just part of my cycle. It's good to mix it up and restrict a bit as my honeymoon stage will soon be over and I need to continue to develop good habit**** the 90 lbs. loss this morning and hope to make it to my first goal of 175 this coming week (3 lbs. and 7 months). I can't imagine C.C. that you lost 100 by 6 months. Since surgery I'm down 74 and feel fantastic. I hope you are well. Enjoy your date with hubby.

B - protein shake and black decaf.

S - chicken pepperette

L - chicken breast, 1 oz. cheddar and 1 tbsp. Tzatziki

S - 1/2 cup Skyr

D - same as lunch

Calories: 813, protein: 123 gr., carbs: 12. All water and vitamins.

Enjoy your weekend.

Thanks Linda. You are doing great, you have a good attitude and are making the most of your honeymoon period. It makes me sad when I read that others aren't using that time to the fullest.

Good morning :)

Yay, it's Friday!! We have nothing planned this weekend. No family events, no weddings, just a few little errands, that's it and it's awesome!! Popeye's is having a sale today so I might walk over and see what they have. They are supposed to have some of the Walden Farm products on sale, I think for 20% off. I will have to see if that is a better price than online.

Post-op two years, seven months.

Breakfast - Greek yogurt

Snack - egg

Lunch - chicken

Snack - turkey sausage

Snack - ham and cheese

Dinner - tbd... Nothing left in the fridge right now.

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water, vits, and restoralax.

Meg one of my errands was to go to Popeyes for their sale. I was one of the first 50 in the store this morning and I got a fabulous gift bag full of goodies. The first 50 customers tomorrow morning get a gift bag as well if you spend $50.

Good morning everyone!

Did my 5 kms at the gym this morning, then had to stuff some breakfast in my face as soon as I got to work as I was supposed to have an 830 meeting this morning and the Project Lead didn't show up, then called 15 mins after the start time and said he'll be late, another 20 mins to 1/2 an hour.
