Good morning Pouch Peeps. Ginny did you try out Zumba?

This week I went to see Dr. Agarwal (the internist for my Centre). All of my labs were perfect for the first time. He said he doesn't want me changing anything from what I'm doing. My blood pressure and blood sugar are in the target zone. I'm so happy and grateful for what WLS has given me.

This morning I'm going swimming, then a Zumba class right after. The rest of the day, i get to do paperwork, yay?

Good morning :)

Today I'm going out for lunch with a coworker so I'm looking forward to that. I'm seriously considering taking tomorrow off as it has been a slow week and there is a presentation at school that might be potentially interesting. This weekend we don't have a lot planned so hopefully we can catch up on sleep and just relax.

Post-op two years, eight months.

Breakfast - protein bar (still need to go shopping)

Snack - egg, bacon jerky

Lunch - restaurant so food tbd

Snack - turkey pepperoni

Dinner - tbd

Good morning Linda, good to see you. Your menu looks very clean. Is that pesky scale budging so that you can hit your century mark?

It has, a bit. Thankful for every pound.

I've been keeping up on my menu using MFP, but everytime I went to visit the site - this week and last, a needy customer comes in (lol).

Life is good, busy and I will do my best to post and view every day. As I'm a Purolator agent, pre-Christmas sales, Black Friday, Christmas shipping, etc. is a busy time of the year and I'm alone right now not wanting to hire as I plan to sell my business. I don't want to retire, but after 28+ years, I'd like to figure out what I'd like to do when I grow up.

Thank you for your support.

I have a feeling that you are going to enjoy your retirement to the fullest. I'm sure that this time of year you don't have a spare minute to yourself.

The scale seems to be a beeatch when it comes to important numbers. It seemed like forever that I played with the same 2-3lbs before hitting onederland. It was a similar case when I was close to the Century Club. I'm rooting for you girl. I'm hoping that any day you post the good news. I remember Ginny had the same wait until she hit Onederland.

No retirement, but maybe just a bit of a slower pace.

Good morning everyone!

So, I did my Zumba last night. I was the only person in the class. I'm not sure if that's a good thing because nobody was there to see or a bad thing because the Instructor only had my clumsy ass to look at!

Having said that, I did have the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time. I didn't want to get up this morning, but of course the gym was calling my name. Did my 5 kms because its super cold, windy and damp here so I won't be getting out today.

Post Op RNY 19+ mos - Have I got some variety going on today....

B - 4 oz Costco rotisserie chicken salad (yumm-o)

S - skyr yogurt

L - 4 oz Costco rotisserie chicken salad, with 4 oz Costco greek salad

S - 2 HB eggs

D - Pot roast

Total Cal 1023, Carbs 21, Protein 114

Have a great day everyone!!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!
