Hi LeiLei!

I had Dr. Lindsay and he is amazing; very kind, thoughtful, and thorough. He's also very handsome, lol. So much so, his nurses pointed it out to me when I didn't mention it myself. So is the anaesthesiologist. They could be on Grey's Anatomy, lol.

St. Joe's is old but I received good care, and had a great view of Lake Ontario from my room.

Dr. Lindsay also has a great sense of humour. When I was getting prepped for surgery, I fell asleep (I'n not a morning person) and he woke me up by laughing and teasing that I was saving the hospital money because I didn't need antianxiety meds; I just put myself out.

Then when I was getting on the table, the nurse asked if I was nervous, and I told her I was very worried about being naked on the table, that I am a private person and I hated the thought of being naked in front of everyone.

When Dr. Lindsay came to see me post op, to let me know how surgery went, he reassured me all had gone fine, and that he'd heard I was worried about being naked so he let me keep my socks on during surgery, lol. Then he teased me about my fuzzy socks (I like the furry socks because my feet are always cold). Then the next day he came in and he said "MORE fuzzy socks! Red this time instead of blue."

He has a great bedside manner. Also he's very good at what he does. The pouch he gave me helped me to lose 134.4 Lbs in 1 year.

You're in good hands.
