Yesterday I thought I was feeling better. Last night was a good nights sleep but I got up soooo tired and promptly started a coughing fit. Geesh. I'm afraid I'll forget where the gym even is. LOL

B - sautéed chicken with red pepper and onion, cheese, sour cream
S - yogurt w. coconut clusters
L - spinach salad with 1 oz blueberries, 1 oz strawberries, cranberry goat cheese (30 gr) and raspberry dressing
S - carrot sticks with a Pep N Cheddie
D - sirloin steak with Caesar salad
Total Cal 1161, Carbs 54, Protein 116

HELLo Ginny. I hope you start to feel better soon. I did group power at the gym this morning. Mental day of audits for work but working from home which means I am too close to the kitchen. Here are my eats today:
breakfast: premier protein drink
nreakfast 2: 3 oz steak
lunch: leek and potato soup, shredded cheddar
snack: frozen Greek yogurt
dinner: pork tenderloin and maybe broccoli. I am horrible at getting veggies in.

Not too much planned for today. Had to unexpectedly wash out the bottom half of my fridge after something leaked. Yuck. Blech.
I agree -- this snow can stop any time. I do know it could be worse... Sounds like some places have been absolutely swamped this week.
Post-op three years.
Breakfast - protein bar
Snack - apple and pb
Lunch - beef stroganoff
Snack - cabbage stuff
Dinner - tbd
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.

L - 3/4 cup homemade chili
D - 3 oz. salmon and steamed green beans with parmesan
S - Skyr with blueberries
