lost weight while on vacation

I went home to New Orleans to visit for 9 days.  I lost 4 1/2 lbs while there!
I found a gym that I could go to paid 20 for 8 days went 5 of them.  I also ran/walked my first official 5k.  10 mins less then my best time on the treadmill..
I think not many people can go on vacation and still lose weight  I just was hoping to not gain any!

congrats to you !!! I think that's a Guiness Book of World Record- loosing while on vacation !!!

Particularly New Orleans. Oh I've gained some weight in that town!

Ugh, just thinking about them makes me both want them and feel like I might dump at the same time! LOL
