what's a good choice for us?  I've looked at a few and they have an extreme amt. of sugar!  Need help from the vets.

My NUT suggested I try Atkins.  Also, the gals at my support group recommend Pure Protein.

You have to be a good label reader.  I love my protein bars and would have a hard time getting my protein in without them.  My favorite is Powercrunch (5 grams of sugar) and Oh Yeah! (2 grams).

I just discovered that Atkins will send you 3 free samples. (Go to their web site for more info.) They were good.  I also like the Pure Protein bars.

Best to read labels.  I like to get about 1 gm protein for each 10 calories.  So a 200 calorie bar should have about 20 gm protein.

I like Quest bars, Pure protein bars, Oh Yeah Protein waffers.  Usually 1/2 bar is enough for me.
