One more week

One more week till surgery!!!! I start my liquid diet tomorrow.  Getting nervous

You will do amazing! It is completely normal to be nervous, but remember that you are doing this for YOU to live a better, more quality life. Just stick to your program and you will do great. This isn't an easy road, but it is worth it. We will see you on the loser's bench very soon!!!! Blessings to you!
