back to the basics!
Ok, I read your post and I have a few reactions. No…this is not going to be a flame throwing session but I do have a few good points to make.

“I've been very non compliant over the last two months. Eating chips, pizza and"real" ice cream(not a dumper so far),not taking my vit.(lack of funding),no gym membership(again lack of funding),very minimal protein intake if I eat at all ,"
Three things stand out at me that need to be addressed here:
#1 – you get minimal protein intake yet you eat pizza, chips and ice cream. For those reasons I would agree you need to go back to basics but you also need to consider why you are sabotaging yourself.
#2 – Vitamins. I too struggle. But vitamins are a necessity. If it were a prescription to keep you alive you would find the money so you must find somewhere in your budget to get vitamins. I don’t do Bariatric Advantage and the like. Never have, can’t afford them. I use generic OTC vitamins and I’ve done just fine with them.
#3 – It doesn’t take a gym to get good exercise. Take a walk. Get some Xbox games. Race up stairwells. There are plenty of ways to get exercise so get moving!

“…also not keeping my food diary as I should(required by my dr.for a year post-op) “
This is probably caused by the first thing you said. If you fill out a food diary you will see how much of the wrong things you’re taking in right now. That’s scary, but that’s WHY it works. You don’t want to have to look at those carb, sugar and fat numbers. Try starting with just one meal. Log it and see how quickly you want to rectify those numbers!

“I do realize these are very big problems and important to my new lifestyle. I feel that since I have publicly admitted to these fault that it is now time to get back on track! Maybe even attend support group tonight,a lthough I've had no sleep yet(I work nights)So we'll see. Thank you for listening and for everyones continued support and great information shared on this site!"
I think going to support group is a great idea. You might also contact your nutritionist and ‘fess up. They are there to help. But mostly, I think you need to be empowered to find solutions to the challenges you face. I know life is tough and not to be tough but you knew what was required of you (I hope) going in. You knew you’d have to take vitamins and that you’d need to get your protein and drink water and move your body. Even when times are tough you still have to do those things. Who can you ask for help? There is somebody out there that can help you if you truly have not one red cent to spend on vitamins (but plenty of them to spend on pizza, ice cream and the like). You just need to make YOU a priority.
You have work to do but you can do it. Good luck to you.

I have what I call "Non-compliant" days but they aren't EVERYDAY.....I honestly do try to stay on track. Just take one day at a time. Your tool is there when you are ready to use it correctly!
ALSO...you are still pretty early out, PLEASE take care of your nutrition--(vitamins, protein, etc.) Quit buying the pizza, chips, and ice cream and you'll be able to afford some basic drug store vitamins. (Imagine me saying this with love and concern!---not judging!!)
Best wishes....I agree with the above poster, you are smart to write out your feelings....admiting this is a first step! You'll make it! This is an awesome journey but not always an easy one!!!
I don't mean this to sound overly harsh -- I'm glad you have decided to get things back under control -- but I think some honesty and "tough love" are needed.
You are only 4 months out...which means that you have been non-compliant for half of your post-op time. The lack of protein and vitamins may come back to haunt you at your next set of labs. I would really encourage you to get on track quickly so that you do not waste any of the precious time you have while you still have your malabsorption. Make the MOST of that time! Start really working on developing healthy eating/vitamin/exercise habits because if you do not, you could end up really struggling when the malabsorption ends and you are in "maintenance". Those habits and your smaller stomach (which will be SIGNFICIANTLY larger than it is right now!) will be the only things between you and regaining the weight.
I would also suggest considering seeing a counselor to find out why you would sabotage yourself by going back to eating chips, pizza, and ice cream at only around 2 months post-op (many people are not even eating all solid foods at 2 months out!)... that is so early to "fall off the wagon"... honestly, it worries me.
As Nik said, you don't need expensive vitamins or gym memberships, but you do NEED vitamins and physical activity fo some kind.

Lora…you and I should go around like those two British ladies on “how clean is your house." Except it would be “how clean is your pouch?"
And we would clean out pantries and have interventions and end it with a good ol’ Oprah inspired cry!
We could be rich, you and I. So rich that MAYBE one day I could afford to get rid of my batwings. Sigh…
