Post-Op Vitamins??
It depends on what supplements you're looking for. You can get multivitamins and calcium citrate pretty cheap at Walmart or someplace like that. I like drugstore.com for some things.
Celebrate vitamins will send you free samples. Their prices on most things aren't bad, but more than Walmart.

I take OTC vitamins and supplements.
CVS, Walmart, Costco, Vitamin shoppe.
I.e. I still do chewable multi (can't deal with large pills) and I get them for CVS - the CVS brand - Spectravite chewable ( the centrum equivalent), Every month or 2 they have buy one get one free... and I buy them then. For the Silver type - I just got 2 month supply (60 x 2 bottles) for 7.99. That's $4 per month.
buy Calcium Citrate from Costco or Sam's. Same with magnesium, B - complex, etc. .
Shop around. There are many choices.
I get B12 injections. ( doc prescribed) but Sam's or Costco carry B12 subliguals.(app $16 for 400 pills - over one year supply)
Feosal iron (carrbonyl) from CVS or Target... and vit C (to be taken at the same time).
The vits do not have to be expensive to really work.
Most days I take extra B-50, biotin, K, D-3, etc...
D3- dry , you can get on line. I get the 50,000 unit Dry d3., 100 caps for $21 on amazon. I take 1 pill a week now, so the 100 caps will last me almost 2 years.
And so on...
Even with all the extra that I am taking - my monthly cost for vitamins is less than $40.. for all of them. And I take a lot.
see bellow: this is the worst scenario. I but the vitamins and minerals when they are on sale. Or have coupons for extra savings.
