How do you split up your water intake  ? lets  say you drink 90 ozs aday
30 ozs before breakfast? another at lunch and dinner?  Thanks

 When I'm not eating, I'm drinking. Since pouch is picky in the am, I'm drinking liquids from 7a-9a, then I stop for 30min, have solid breakfast, wait another 30min, then drinking from around 10a-12p, solid lunch around 12:30p, drinking again 1p-5p, dinner 5:30, drinking 6p-8p. Sorta like that. Sometimes there's more eating than drinking, if I'm having a hungry day. Also I do liquid proteins (Nectar) so that counts as fluids and protein.

I was never much of a drinker...so really its a struggle for me to ge****er in...so i just really make a goal for myself every day. i just drink and drink and drink. i try to get a 1/2 bottle of water drank in the morning and then in the afternoon a full bottle and then some and in the evening i try to drink another bottle. Thats my 48 oz.. i try to drink more and somedays its good and somedays its not.

Everyday when I go into work, I fill up a 64 oz water pitcher. My goal is to have it gone by the time I leave work each day. Works terrific. Weekends, I don't do nearly as well. On weekends I'd be lucky to get 64 ounces in for the whole weekend...

I aim for at least 100 oz of fluids a day and it usually isn't a problem because I am thirsty a lot.  What I do is when I wake up I have a 16 oz cup of decaf coffee.  Then I have my breakfast and after that I have a cup or two of herbal decaf tea in a 16 oz mug and a bottle or 2 of Crystal Light, very diluted.  My bottle is 16 oz, too, so I have 3 drinks that are at least 16 oz each.  Then I have my lunch and after lunch I have 2 more drinks that are at least 16 oz each, either Crystal Light, decaf coffee or decaf herbal tea.  After that I have my afternoon snack.  After that I have 2 more 16 oz drinks of either Crystal Light, decaf coffee or decaf herbal tea.  Then I eat my dinner and after that 2 more 16 oz drinks of either Crystal Light, decaf coffee or decaf herbal tea.  Then I have my evening snack and I don't drink after that or I will be in the bathroom all night.  That all comes out to 160 oz of fluids.  Some days I may get busy and miss a drink but I always get in at least 100 oz a day.  I always have my bottle with me and when I fini**** I fill it up with water and add some MIO.  I also keep a bottle or two of water in my car to have in case I don't have my bottle.
I know that's a lot of fluid and I'm not saying that everyone should drink that much it is just what works for me.

Spread it out throughout the day. Set up at least 4 of the 16 oz water bottles at night. At the end of the day tomorrow, all 4 bottles should be empty.  Ideally, you should have a water bottle with you almost all day long.  Just take it slow and steady. My surgeon suggested taking a couple of sips every 15 minutes, about 2 oz. Working around meals, you'll get in enough water by the end of the day. DAVE

I spread it out throughout the day.  I have a 32 ounce insulated bottle that I finish -- at a minimum -- each day while I am at work.  I have a cup of milk before I leave the house, a cup of SF hot chocolate with protein powder when I get to work, and the 32 ounces of flavored water.  I eat almost right after I get home from work, and then have a large 24 ounce glass that I fill up and drink throughout the evening.  Some days I also have a diet soda in the afternoon or evening.  I have another cup of something to drink when I take my last round of vitamins right before bed.

That gives me between 70 and 80 ounces per day.  I have never had dehydration issues (or even mild symptoms) at that level, but there is also a high water content in some of the foods I eat (yogurt, NSA applesauce or apples, etc.)
