I know that's a lot of fluid and I'm not saying that everyone should drink that much it is just what works for me.

That gives me between 70 and 80 ounces per day. I have never had dehydration issues (or even mild symptoms) at that level, but there is also a high water content in some of the foods I eat (yogurt, NSA applesauce or apples, etc.)
