My roomate has been after me to get some new clothes, that mine were just hanging on me. Tried on a pair of size 26 jeans, and low and behold they fit comfortably. I've been in 30/32 for the last 5 years. Wow, I still cannot believe it.

That would be a nonscale victory. I still cannot believe me in a size 26! Thanks everyone for the encouragement. It is still a strugle with not giving into old habits, but I learn new things everyday.
