My Fitness Pal users!

My Fitness Pal is a great tool to keep us in check.  It's free, easy to use and has many benefits.  If you have a phone with a camera on it, you can use it to scan a bar label to add your food.  I'm looking for OH friends to join for the New Year and get yourself in check!!  Look me up, my user name is WildHeart101!
