I, too, ditched my CPAP as soon as I got home. I'm still stuck with this oxygen, but bye bye CPAP!

I used it at the beginning after surgery.  But then I started taking it off during the night in my sleep.  It was so uncomfortable.  I am told I don't snore at night anymore.  I also don't wake up at night because I am not breathing like I did before my CPAP.  I told my sleep study doc.  We are waiting until March to re-test me but he said I could  quit using it.

 you probably need the pressure lowered.

Air in the stomach is a sure sign that your pressure is now too high. As you lose, your pressure will need to be regularly adjusted down. I wouldn't ditch it entirely as others have suggested or done. Untreated sleep apnea wreaks havoc on your metabolism, and you want to be in prime losing shape. Call your sleep clinic and ask them for an at home test.

My cpap ajust pressure by itself 4 to 20 range they did that in the beginning for the weight loss reason but I did call Dr. today should get back to me soon.
