I can now tell when i am full

Until this weekend, I didnt fell anyhting in my stomach. When eating, the first indication of being full was when I had food stacked up in my asophogus and had to vomit. I am now starting to feel when my stomach is full {it doesnt hold very much at all} and i know when to stop eating. This will help nme avoid over eating.
