dumping....oy vey
I have never had dumping syndrome. I have never had issues with sugar content. Today for breakfast I had skim milk with Kay's protein cereal and some blueberries. About 30 minutes later I was sweating with chills. Then the bathroom and I became best friends. The cereal only has 3g sugar. The only thing I can think of is to many blueberries. I've NEVER had any problems with blueberries before. Is it possible to have issues with sugar later on down the road?
Blueberries are higher in sugar than many fruits. Yes, although most become become less senstiive to sugar over time, some people become more sensitive as time passes. It is also possible that your body was just being finicky... some days something won't bother you and the next it might.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

All three have some form of sugar (whether it's natural or added) and individually you would have been fine, but the total of all three could have pushed you over your threshhold... It's different for everyone and could even be different each time you have it. What pushes you one day could be just fine a month later!
