What is you go to snack?
Mine as bad as it may sound is Special K Cracker Chips - I have them every now and then just to satisfy that salt craving with a crunchy bite.

here is what I eat as "meals on the go"
protein bars
nuts with some fruits
veggie crisps +cheese
string cheese
baby bell cheese
home made protein cookies and muffins (low carb)
pork rinds. ( yea- they are good. Full of proteins, lower fat than some cheese or nuts, no carbs)

I use all natural stuff - but you can use splenda if you tolerate that. The protein powder I use is all natural - whey Isolate, yields 25 gr of proteins, 1 carb, in one scoup. 103 cal.
I leave the cokies out to dry - so I can carry them in my car or purse. In moist - need to be kept in a fridge. They do come out a bit dry... but that is normal for "protein cookies"
Make 1/2 to try.
Try the batter - if the batter do not taste good - the cookies will not either.
Low Carb Dark Chocolate PB Protein Cookies
1 Scoop About Time Peanut Butter Protein
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein ( i use 2 scoups)
1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1/2 -1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
1 Cup Natural PB ( no sugar added, no oil added)
½ Cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder ( regular cocoa will do)
½ Cup Flaxseed (meal - ground flaxseed))
Stevia to Taste (1 Tbs)
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Drop by the tablespoon on to a cookie sheet lined with foil or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until firm.
Makes About 24 Cookies.

Chewy - string cheese (I do not string it, I just eat it like a regular cheese stick)
Sweet - a sf/ff pudding cup (chocolate and I add a bit of cinnamon and top with ff whipped cream)

I like to make a two-portion meal and spend 2-3 hours eating it.
But if I'm going to grab something quick, I like :
- Lite babybel cheeses
- Deli meat roll-ups
- A few spoonfuls of lentil salad
- Fresh fruit
- Olives and pickles
- Atkins snack bars (the sugar alchols make me super burpy, though, so those I limit)
- Sugar free pudding or jello cups
Oh! And my FAVORITE on-the-go treat is a decaf, sugarfree, nonfat iced mocha from Kaldis. SO good. I usually treat myself to one while I grocery shop.

I've been eating a lot of green grapes recently, too. Those haven't been an issue, either. I was more concerned about those than the pickles.
