I'm 7 weeks out and have had no problems with eggs.  Two days ago tried salmon for the first time and had foamies and ultimately threw it all violently up.  Was not a pleasant experience.  So I guess it could be either the salmon or eggs.  Hard to know.

Hope your pouch settles soon.

Andrea.

Thank you! I hope it does, too. I hate feeling queasy!!!  I'd better leave them both alone for a while, I guess. :(

Scrambled egg with some milk scrambled in was one of the first food I ate.  I am almost 4 months out now and can only eat eggs this way.  The milk helps keep them soft and moist.

I experience the same thing often with eggs.

the only way i can eat scrambled eggs is if i mix:
1 egg
1tb plain greek yogurt
little bit of almond milk
n a pinch or two of shredded cheese

it comes out so moist and soft after scrambling it I can swallow it no problem.  But when I eat "fluffy" scrambled  eggs or hard boiled eggs i literally vomit it all up after the first few bites.

hope this helps. I love eggs about as much as you do and couldnt imagine not eating them lol.  I think I got that recipe from niks  bariatricfoodie.blogspot.com somewhere honestly and its been working . im 3 1/2 weeks post op

good luck

I'm also in the "blame the salmon" corner. Salmon fills me up faster than anything and I am 8mths out. Could be you need a little more time before something that dense

I am 10 months out and still can not eat eggs.. They do not go down and hurt like heck when they get stuck. I wasn't able to eat fish until about 7 months out. Our very changed systems sometimes don't tolerate foods we used to enjoy pre surgery. I love fish... so I would give it a few weeks and then try again. If I throw up it takes me a few days to feel right again... kinda like it's brusied inside. Hang in there.
