I had surgery yesterday morning.  I came home today and I have the WORST gas pains ever.  I wish I could just burp or fart... Ugh!!!

Other than that I am pretty uneventful. Sip sip sipping my water and resting.

Walking is probably the best thing for the gas.

Mega dittoes what poet_kelly says....

I would go so far as to say that it is, without a doubt, the very best thing for getting rid of the gas...the gas may not begin to pass immediately, but it will...something about the gentle way that walking moves the bowels...

At this point, you don't have to walk far (you likely can't, anyway), but do what you can...it will help!

Ditto above - I also chewed some Gas X and it worked wonders.
