My surgiversary is today!

One year today!! Thrilled to have successfully reached this day. Too many wonderful changes to even list them all, but here are a few:

123lbs lost so far. I've been between 179 and 182 for quite a while now. Not sure if this is just where my body wants to be. If so, I'm SO good with that. But, it doesn't mean I'm not going to keep working it HARD and see what else I've got!!

Wearing a medium/size 10/12 on bottom and M/L on top. And now own a bikini ~ that kind of says it all!

At the gym a minimum of 4 times per week, generally more. Running my first 5k tomorrow and another on 6/23. I feel AMAZING! Healthy and happy and beyond thrilled with my decision to have this surgery!

There are so many great things to congratulate you on. Your loss, of course, your first 5K, being at the gym 4 times per week. But more than anything, I loved your positive attitude and outlook about where you are today.
