Three weeks out
Jackie and Jessica don't really give caloric guidelines for the first 4 stages. The Portsmouth COE program just wants you to get in your protein and liquids each day -- 60 grams of protein and at least 64 oz of liquids (and don't forget your vitamins!)
When you go back for your follow-up with Jessica or Jackie, they'll review your typical meal plan, make suggestions and adjust if necessary for an increased/decreased calorie/fat/carb ratio.
All that being said, I believe at 3 weeks out I was about 400-500 calories a day, but I was totally meeting my protein and liquid goals.
