Enjoy the ride but remember this is work and takes commitment and dedication to the plan!
I have already begun working by giving up carbonated beverages and caffeine and the sweets and bad carbs that I used to crave. I have also been exercising 6 days a week for the last two months so that exercise would already be a part of my new lifestyle. I used to hate to exercise but now I have come to love not the start of it but the feeling of accomplishment that I get when I have reached my goals. I know that success is all about good choices each and every day.

Good job karen, I too started after my consultation and lost 39 pounds in the 2.5 months before I had the surgery. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago!
