Anyone have any good ideas for soft foods? Is taco casserole soft food? :)

eggs, cream of wheat, applesauce, ground chicken and turkey.  YUM!

 are you suppose to be eating soft foods?  i would say eggs, refried beans, cheese, anything that is not crunchy, or hard or has edges..lol...probably not lettuce yet or taco chips but the meat inside is probably ok and cheese and the sour cream.  Soft vegies, softer more tender meats etc... Did your surgeon give you a list of what and when your suppose to be eating what?

 Oatmeal, tuna salad, re-fried beans, applesauce, pudding, processed cheese, mashed
potatoes, ground beef chopped up in a blender with bouillon.

Also, small mouthfuls of spam (well-chewed) go down ok.
