I have lost an average size person yet I CANNOT stop biting my finger nails?  What is that all about?
So annoying!!!! LOL

LOL!  So I guess there's little hope for me picking at my cuticles, eh?  mine are a WRECK right now b/c of my nerves! 

Funny you mention cuticles. . . I'm doing a major job on the cuticles of my thumbs lately - my surgery is scheduled for 9/13!!!  In fact, right now, both are covered in bandaids.  I'm trying to get them healed up, so I won't have any open wounds in the hospital, LOL! (I'm kind of a germ-a-phobe, and worried about picking up a superbug while I'm there.) 

Go to a nail salon and have them put on some acrylic nails and cut them short.  this has helped many of a nail biter, plus your hands will look prettier.  If you do not want nails, they can put acrylic over your own nails. Jane
