I am a  day over 3 weeks post op. Since surgery I have lost 12 lbs. I have not been losing any weight in the the last week, but I am losing inches. Is this possible, or is it my imagination?

It is very possible. It is good to check your measurements every now and again because it can change even when the scale isn't. Congratulations on your weight loss!

Yes, you should take your measurements now and when you have stalls, compare your measurements and it'll help you be able to deal with those stalls, cause even though you may not be losing, you'll be shrinking.

Even at almost 14mths out I take measurements and photos every month.  The month I lost the most inches was the same month I lost the least weight.  Muscle is so compact that 1lb takes up less space than 1lb of fat... so you still have that 1lb, but it looks better!  :)

Completely normal! They will both continue to go down as you follow your program. You're doing great, keep it up! But if it bothers you, it can sometimes help if you go longer periods in between weighing and measuring.

Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement. It really helps to know that I am not messing up.
