? about measuring protein powder
In most recipes 1 scoop = 1 serving. Usually a serving is something like 30-35g of protein POWDER (look on your nutritional label to see how much your scoop is). I know for Bariatric Foodie recipes, usually if I call for lots of powder, I measure in cups. If I use scoops as a measurement it doesn't really matter much how big your scoop is, the recipe works anyway.

The brand I get has a scoop and it is about 2oz. If that helps.

The measurement I gave you was full to the top scoop. The official size of the scoop is 1.305OZ per scoop. But I do not know how the figure that as there are no marks on the scoop and I always just took a full scoop.

Typical scoop has one serving - app 20-25 gr of proteins.

I would assume one packet equals one scoop.
