fastest 5k yet

I ran my fastest 5k yet at the Turkey Trot this Thanksgiving 38:48:59...12:30 pace!!!  I am so excited about how well I did!!  My first 5k in April I could not make it to the first mile running and now I run the whole thing without too much trouble only had to slow down twice for a brief break.  I am so thankful for this surgery and the changes it has helped me make in my life....
