RNY: 01-23-2012 Weight day of Surgery - 286lbs ~ Weight as of 09-13-2013 164lbs
You look amazing. Now - it is time to start fixing your head. Most of us deal with that - body dismorphia. And not fitting. Eventually you will fit in the "smart - skinny girls club". I do now.
Also - it is time to start saving for plastics. You are still very young - so even if that takes 2-3 years - it is worth the trouble. Fist I fixed my boobs, then I had the lower body lift. The rest I either did not need or decided that the surgery would be too risky and the scars too visible (my arms). And at my age (50) flabby arms are OK...
What helped me with my body image were full length 3 mirrors (cheap) that I put all over my house. And good fitting clothes (don't need to be expensive - thrift stores) that I wore even in the house. That way - I could see my own image and eventually my mental picture - memory - how do I really look was imprinted in my head. Even afterI gained some weight I still see myself as the "skinny girl" (currently size 6-10 from 4)
Good luck.
