finally started losing weight again after this ridiculously long stall. its been almost a year since i really lost anything. ive been hovering around 200 lbs and stepped on the scale this morning bafore my shower and im 193!! i hope its not a fluke....

Good for you!!! My loss has come to a creep after the one year mark. I'm so hoping I'll make it to my goal weight (which is 10lbs higher than my Dr's.) I hope you're on a roll and the scale will continue to show losses for you.
