4 weeks tomorrow
Tomorrow will be 4 weeks and I'm down 26 lbs. I'm getting better w/my fluids and my protein. My one issue is determining how much protein I am getting when I am never able to completely eat everything.
I'm also reading a lot about people who are snacking. Right now, I drink 3 protein shakes plus my 3 meals but at 7 weeks I'm suppose to stop the shakes and get all of my protein by my 3 meals. The Nut. stated we should not snack so I'm confused...lol
