Good Morning All! TGIF - I am so looking forward to the weekend.

Food for the day -

B - Rye toast w/cottage cheese

L - Salad w/turkey bites

D - Fish w/Veggies

S - Click, greek yogurt, string cheese

Lots of water and coffee.

Have a good weekend.

TGIF!!!! So happy it is the weekend also!! Working half a day since I am 4 weeks post op and my co workers said to take it easy for the first few weeks back to work- love them! Half day on a FRIDAY!

 

B Premier protein shake

S cheese and 1 swischard meatball (so delish! probably no protein in it but its yummy for a snack that stays down)

L soup

S cottage cheese

D unsure yet.

W havent started yet- working on shake

Loving that it is Friday! B Greek yogurt,cheese stick and 4 grapes.L chicken salad,cottage ,cucumber slislicslices D chicken stir fry without the rice,cottage cheese. Exercise 60 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minuteS on the Healthrider.

Friday! I have missed you! broken heart

 

B: scrambled egg whites on two corn tortillas with one slice FF cheese

S: Apple, cottage cheese

L:  I was bum this am and instead of packing lunch, I sat on Pintrest and lost track of time, so it's a frozen Lean Cusine Chicken Alfredo meal for me.

S: Carrot sticks and cheese stick

D: Making an attempt at cauliflower fried rice I'll let you know how that goes.

S: 100 cal ice cream sandwich

Currently waiting for my surgery - just on lower calorie diet:

Breakfast: 2 dry brown toast with cheese slices (240 cals)

Snack: Carrot sticks and celery (I don't count calories on non-starch veg)

Snack 2: Greek Yogurt (100 cals)

Lunch: 1 cup cream of brocolli soup (260)

Day Total so far 600.

Supper: not planned but will allot 600 cals, and hopefully my total will be 1200 for the day

Ok... this is more of a "what I did /ate" post from me, but I made it here, that should count for something? lol

Slept 1.5 hours last night between off at work at 0115 (and helping my mom, feeding the horses/dogs, cleaning my bathroomand)  attending the 1hr Spinnerval class at 0600.  After Spinnerval I showered and worked an hour of OT before going to my counseling appt, then stopped by to help my mom before another hour of OT, the new 30 minute "Strength and Balance" group exercise class, and then SOMEHOW my trainer talked me into doing Zumba. I think she just needed a good laugh because I have the rhythm of a wilted plant lol.  After Zumba, shower, massage, stop at the house for a Quest bar and protein shake, then to the gun range for about 3 hours. Oh my goodness...that was my first time shooting handguns and I am hooked! We are going again next week!

Finally made it back to my parents and made me a turkey burger for dinner. Now feeling my 1.5 hour sleep, but have plenty of night ahead of me before I can sleep.

B - mint cookie protein made w/ water

S - post Spinnerval - 8oz Hood low cal chocolate milk

   pre - balance / strength - orange cream protein made w/ water

L - Mint cookie protein;  Quest protein bar

D - turkey burger (supreme  - provolone cheese, mushrooms, onions, turkey bacon) w/ mega salad

S - Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom SF Black Raspberry ice cream

 - probably another mint cookie protein or 2,  a Fuji apple or something peanut butter, or both :)

My calories (w/o peanut butter) - 1693;  according to my Body Media Fit line I have burned 2724.   (have I mentioned I love my BMF???)

S - 1/4 cup soy nuts with a few semi-sweet choc chips mixed in
