Best lunch break EVER

I decided that i want to be more active throughout the day.  So, this morning I packed up my tennis shoes and brought them to work with me.  I just got back from my lunch break where I spent 45 minutes walking the trails around my office building.  It was very nice listening to music and feeling the breeze on my face.  I feel like I am better prepared to tackle the rest of my day.

Great job!!  I wish I could sneak out during work but being the GM, that's not going to happen.  I'm jealous!  Keep up the great work.
