caffine

I never really got a caffeine buzz before surgery and kind of wondered if my tolerance for it would change, but it's always been pretty much the same. I'm a 2 cup of coffee / day drinker, but do not have a history of ulcers or hyperacidity in my stomach. Your mileage may vary!

i was always told that for every so many oz of caffein you drink you have to drink double water to make up for it. for ex: if i drank a 12oz cup of coffee or tea (caffeinated), i would have to drink 24 oz of water or fluid tomake up for it.

At our support group we were told that it increases your appetite. You can have some but limit it. I love to drink tea.
