So excited! I went back to work this week and a lot of people could tell. I don't see it because I see myself everyday. I had to get smaller pants for work...all smiles here!

Congrats on the 30 lbs in 5 weeks! Getting smaller pants is always a victory and it's exciting when friends and coworkers can see a difference :) Keep up the great work!

Wonderful!! Be prepared to be out of those pants and in even smaller ones soon! :)

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Congratulations !! I had surgery on the same day as you and don't think my weight loss will be as much as you.. I will find out Monday when I return to the Dr's office. I am extremely excited my health has improved so much. I no longer take any diabetes or high blood pressure medications. For me, weight loss is a fringe benefit. I wish you continued success !!
