Only 10 pounds to go

HI everyone,

I have 10 pounds to go until my goal weight. When finished I will have lost a whole other me. I'm not sure I will

lose the last 10 pound by my surgiversary in 2 weeks but thats ok. I have to keep reminding me that losing 153 pounds

in one year is amazing. If anyone ask me if it was worth it would I do it again I would say ABSOLUTELY.

So if anyone is contemplating this surgery I would say Go for it.

Its been quite a year.

That is SO AWESOME! You have come sooooo far! What an awesome amount you've lost already!!! :)

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
